Make your own Glow in the Dark Paint by adding any glow Powder to our specially designed thickened paint that suspends the powder evenly.
This paint is the same base we use for our 2Glow glow paint. It is waterbased, and dries to a hard enamel finish.
Yes, it looks white now, but does DRY CLEAR and Transparent!
