How much for Delivery?
Courier and Handling is charged per order to a single shipping address Monday to Thurs only.
Rural is $8.95 and Non-Rural is $5.95. Saturday shipping is not available, although some couriers at their own discretion may deliver Saturdays.
Rural Delivery is based on Courierpost/NZ Post guidelines. Usually there is an RD in the address.
If in doubt and you want your order quickly, then pay Rural amount in the first instance. We are quick to refund overpayments for shipping if required.
How soon can I get my order?
Most orders are sent using overnight Courierpost shipping. Larger orders that do not fit in our A4 Courierpost bags will usually be sent using 2-3 day economy tracked Courierpost.
Please allow a day of processing for your order and up to 6 Full working days to receive your order, Rural orders may take an extra day or two depending on your courierpost run. Ordering after 11am is not considered a full working day.
Do you offer Pickup?
No, Unfortunately due to numerous Council, Insurance and OSH regulations we are unable to provide a pickup service.
Large orders generally over $300 within Auckland maybe delivered by us personally at our discretion only. If delivered by us, the courier fee is transformed into a delivery fee and will not be refunded.
I need it before the weekend? What can you do?
The cut off for the last overnight courier run before the weekend is usually 4pm Wednesday afternoon (picked up Thur morning by courier). It is NOT guaranteed that you will receive your parcel on Friday. Refunds will NOT be given for parcels that do not arrive the next day.
We recommend ordering as soon as possible to allow us to process the order and time for the courier to get it to you. Email us to let us know your order is urgent, sometimes our courier is late and it can be squeezed into the schedule.
Large orders that we will normally send via 2-3 day courier, can be sent via overnight courier for an extra fee. To be determined and charged to you at time of booking.
Paypal isn't letting me order! HELP - What do I do?
Paypal does daily updates to ensure top security. If it appears they are doing an update, please try again later.
***We have had many reports of people having trouble using smartphones to order.
Paypal has increased it's security late last year, and some smart phones are not compatible with Paypal anymore, they simply aren't secure enough.
As Paypal guarantees your security when ordering, they now won't allow any payments that even remotely might be fraudulent.
We understand this may be frustrating, the workarounds are:
* Buy it on Trademe, we can list your order if you email it to us and let us know your problem.
* Find a secure computer via friends/family/work to order.

Yes - that is right! We do not collect credit card information in house. There are way too many laws and regulations and potential liability to deal with credit cards! So we outsource to the worlds leading payment gateway Paypal.

illuminous innovations product range cannot be found instore anywhere. We make/source the highest quality products that cost more to produce than cheaper less bright items. Stores have approached us to buy wholesale, but get disappointed when we won't sell them bulk for $2 an item. It simply costs us way more than that just in raw materials!
