A general interior/exterior waterbased multipurpose white primer. A great high quality undercoat, compatible with our 2Glow paints.
Made in the USA and repackaged by illuminous innovations in smaller quantities for your convenience.
Why white primer? A White background will almost double the glow effect compared to a black background. And an undercoat extends the life of the Glow paint, by providing an excellent surface for it to bind to.

*This paint has a limited shelf life of a few months, so only buy what you intend to use and not to store long term.
*Different sized pots also available.
*The primer is waterbased, and if absolutely necessary can be thinned slightly with a few drops of water at your personal discretion.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children when not in use. Children to be fully supervised during use. Not for use on skin or hair.
We also stock a general primer undercoat and clear top coat in 60 gram containers. For long lasting results we highly recommend these products.
